This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through karga.com.au and is operated by Karga Lab Pty Ltd. This policy outlines how orders are processed, delivered, and managed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays by email.
DELIVERY METHOD
All deliveries are handled in-house by Karga. Orders are delivered directly to your door. Delivery coordination details and tracking updates are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery timeframes begin once an order has been dispatched. Metro Victoria deliveries typically arrive within two (2) to seven (7) business days. Regional Victoria deliveries typically arrive within one (1) to two (2) weeks. Deliveries to all other Australian states typically arrive within two (2) to three (3) weeks. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather, access limitations, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location. All applicable fees are displayed prior to completing a purchase.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, access restrictions, or missed delivery attempts, additional delivery fees may apply and delivery timeframes may be affected.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage and packaging. Remedies will be provided in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
